Remove the bones of the Chicken, wash, and cut into small pieces.
Marinate Chicken with Salt, Pepper, Mustard Cream, Soy Sauce, or any other bbq sauce or whatever you can find at home. Mix well.
Keep in the refrigerator for 15 min - 30 min.
In a large frying pan, put olive oil or any vegetable oil and add Chicken into it in medium heat.
Close with a lid and keep until chicken is softened.
Add bell paper and Sausages.
Once the Chicken sausages are starting to get the golden brownish color, add chicken ham.
Add herbs - Thyme, Rosemary & Basil.
If you do not have one of them, it's fine. Mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until everything cooked well and bubbling. Then remove from heat and keep it to chill.
Apply butter into the dish (The dish you are going to use for baking)
Beat the eggs in a medium-size bowl, add milk into the bowl.
In a separate large dish mix well the chilled curry we make and mix small pieces of bread with it.
Now add milk+egg mix into the large dish and make sure bread is not dry at all. If you can the bread is dry yet, add more milk or even another egg.
(This totally depends on the size of the eggs you use in the beginning)
Now put them into the buttered oven dish and refrigerate it for 3 hours time.
[Minimum 1 hour]
Now sprinkle grated cheese on top of it and covered the whole dish with them.
Bake for 30min - 35 min for 180 °C. If the cheese is melted and bubbling inside you can remove it from the oven. If not keep for another 5-10 min.
Chill it for 20 minutes.
You can even decorate it with parsley, tomato, or whatever you preferred.
