“BA BA BA BANANA” Muffins
If you are searching how to make banana muffins at home, you are at the right place.
This season, we had a lot of bananas in our garden. We shared with neighbors and relations and the rest, we were fed up eating them row and had enough. I think for a while and thought I should bake some muffins out of it, so it can be kept for a while, and also we can enjoy the muffins for breakfast or even as an evening snack.
That’s the story behind these yummy muffins.
Get ready with your ingredients! Here we go...
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and keep them aside.
Mash the bananas well. Keep aside.
Add three eggs into a separate bowl, beat them.
Add sugar, and melted butter in the same bowl and beat all of them together.
Now add the dry ingredients and mix all of them together.
Combine mashed bananas with other ingredients.
Fold in the mixture and mix until smooth.
If the mixture is too dry, add milk into it and mix well.
Put paper liners/ paper cups into muffin trays/cupcake trays.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Now, scoop the mixture into muffin trays.
Once scooped it will look like in the image. Make sure to fill only 2/3 of the paper cup. Otherwise there won't be any space left for it to baked well.
Bake in preheated oven. Bake muffins for 20-25 minutes.
Once it’s well-baked, muffins will spring back when lightly tapped on it.
