Add warm milk into a bowl. Do not over heat it.
Add the yeast.
Add the eggs, butter, salt, and sugar.
Add in 4 1/2 cups of flour.
Beat the ingredients well until all combined.
Keep the mixture aside and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
Now, beat the dough on medium speed, add 1/2 cup more flour if needed to form a dough.
Knead for 5-10 minutes or until the dough is smooth.
Removed the dough from the mixer.
Now, placed the dough in a greased bowl.
Cover the bowl with a wet towel or wax paper.
Set the bowl aside and let it double in size. A maximum of 30 minutes is fine. Do not over keep it.
Put soft butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon into a bowl.
Mix them all together until well combined. Set aside.
In a pasty mat, sprinkle flour and put the dough, and roll it using a rolling pin. Make a rectangle out of it.
Now put the cinnamon filling over the rolled dough and smooth it.
Starting on the long end, roll the dough up tightly and neatly.
Cut into 14 slices.
Place in a greased baking pan.
Cover the pan with a wet towel and allow the rolls to rise for 25 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees.
Warm the heavy cream until the chill is off.
After 25 minutes check whether rolls have risen. Then pour the heavy cream over the top of our cinnamon rolls. Make sure it soaks down in and around the rolls.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Rolls will become golden brown and cooked well. If it’s not brownish and not baked well, keep it for another 5 minutes time and check the oven.
Keep aside to chill the rolls.
Into a large bowl, add the softened cream cheese.
Add butter and mix well using a hand mixer.
Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until well combined.
Now spread the cream cheese frosting over the chilled cinnamon rolls.
