Scoop the avocado into a bowl.
Mash them well in the bowl using a fork.
If you are mashing a lot of avocados, mash with a potato masher.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper to your taste.
Add garlic paste (if you can find them at home, it is not mandatory)
Toast the bread slices separately until golden and firm.
Spread the avocado paste on top of each toasted slice of bread.
