Avocado Toast Recipe

 2 Avocados
 12 Bread (Slices)
 Salt
 Pepper
 Garlic paste (Not mandatory)
For this you need to select perfect avocados. If it is having brownish color places, remove those and take the rest of it.

Scoop the avocado into a bowl.

Mash them well in the bowl using a fork.

If you are mashing a lot of avocados, mash with a potato masher.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper to your taste.

Add garlic paste (if you can find them at home, it is not mandatory)

Toast the bread slices separately until golden and firm.

Spread the avocado paste on top of each toasted slice of bread.

Notes :
You can even add chopped Parsley, Basil or Thyme herbs as per you wish on top of the toasted bread.
You can add fried egg or scrambled eggs on top it or else even onions.
Tomato slices gives additional taste to toast avocado.
Add Spinach [slightly steamed] to give some extra nutrition value to your daily meal.
