 1 kg Cauliflower
 2 tbsp Curd
 Grated Cheese
 Lime Juice
 Coriander/Parsley/Mint Leaves
 Salt and pepper to taste

Cut cauliflower into large florets.

Mix curd, salt, and pepper together.

Coat cauliflower in curd mixture and allow the excess mixture to fall off before placing on an oiled tray.

Place in a preheated 180 C oven after 10 minutes turn the cauliflower.

After another 5 minutes turn the cauliflower again and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake until the cheese has melted and browned.

Sprinkle with lime juice and cut coriander leaves and serve immediately.
