Home-made BBQ Chicken

 1 kg Chicken Cut Into Required Sizes Or Get Thighs And Wings (As You Wish)
 3 tbsp Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
 5 tbsp BBQ Sauce
 Soy Sauce
 Salt And Pepper to Taste
 3 tbsp Lemon/Orange Juice
 Mint Leaves – Chopped or Grind
 Oil

Wash and drain chicken, now put some holes in the chicken pieces with a fork.

Marinate Chicken with Barbecue seasoning, soy sauce, lemon juice, mint leaves, salt, and pepper.

Leave for 30-45 minutes (if you can keep overnight the better)

Preheat grill/oven at 400-450 °F.

Brush the chicken with oil.

Grill on open coals, grill plate, or oven.

Flip them after 1-2 minutes, add bbq sauce, and repeat if you are using a grill.

If you are baking in the oven, add bbq sauce and bake for 10 minutes in the oven. Flip them around 5 minutes and bake again. (Or until sauce bubbles)

Serve with any bbq or tomato sauce.

Note: Longer marination will improve the taste
