Bullseye-Egg Burger Recipe

 4 Burger buns
 ½ tbsp Olive oil /Vegetable oil
 1 Onion - peeled and finely chopped
 1 tbsp Mixed dried herbs [Thyme, Rosemary, Basil etc]
 1 Tomato, thinly sliced [if preferred]
 ½ Bunch green lettuce leaves [if preferred]
 4 Large Eggs
 Cheese – if preferred
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Ketchup, to serve (optional)

Heat the Olive oil/Vegetable oil in a large frying pan.

Add Onion and cook until it turns golden brown. Set aside to chill.

Break the egg without damaging the yolk and fry the eggs separately making it a bullseye-egg.

Now add fried onions, dried herbs, cheese on burgers and place the fried Bullseye eggs on top of them.
If you like you can add sliced tomato, and lettuce also. [if preferred]

Set bun tops in place without damaging the egg.

Serve with ketchup!
