Boil the pasta in a large saucepan, make sure to add 1 teaspoon of butter/ oil to the saucepan before boiling the pasta.
Do not over boil the pasta.
Once done, remove the pot off the heat, drain pasta and keep aside.
Mix together the yogurt, egg, cheese, and pepper in a bowl.
Add salt to your taste.
Heat another separate frying pan or a wok and add the ham, saute until brown. Put aside it.
In the same pan add the mushrooms and then add onions and garlic.
Add the egg mixture to the same pan which has vegetables and stir well.
Remove just before they turn brown.
Mix with pasta, the heat from the pasta should thicken the sauce.
Do not put on high heat or the mixture will scramble the egg.
Once done remove from heat.
Add the ham and serve warm.
