In a dry bowl, chop cloves and cardamom together. Keep it aside.
Add washed rice and water into the rice cooker.
Now add chopped cloves and cardamom along with Cinnamon stick and Pandan leave into the rice cooker, then add turmeric powder and butter.
Close the lid and switch it on.
Cook the rice in a rice cooker as usual.
When the rice is nearly cooked add coconut milk and close the lid till boil and remove it when almost fully cooked.
Keep it aside and allow it to cool completely
In a frying pan, add little oil, and fry the cashews and raisin, you can sprinkle them over the rice to decorate the dish. [Not mandatory]
