Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Boil pasta in a large saucepan according to package instructions, for around 6 minutes and drain well, and set aside.
In a frying pan heat butter and add thinly sliced onions. Fry the onions for 2 minutes.
Add garlic and chili.
Add spinach to medium heat.
When spinach has reduced turn heat to low.
Stir through curd, milk, pasta sauce, pasta, and ½ cheese.
Add Salt and pepper to your taste.
Place in an oven safe dish and sprinkle with remaining ½ cheese and thyme herbs.
Bake until the top becomes golden brown and bubbly, for 15-20 minutes time.
