1.50 kg Whole Chicken
1 tsp Corn Flour
4 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
Rosemary Herbs
Parsley Herbs
Lemon
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Mix teriyaki sauce, parsley, rosemary herbs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cornflour and rub well into the chicken.

Allow marinating for 30 minutes or more.

Roast in an oven or on a rotisserie until golden brown.

It will take around 1 hour depending on the size of the chicken.
Homemade roast chicken will beat any restaurant chicken!
