Grind/Chopped cloves and cardamom together and keep them aside.
Blanched the potatoes in boiling water and strain well.
Make sure it doesn’t boil too much.
Allow to cool.
Mix potatoes with Turmeric powder, pepper, chili, salt, chopped cardamom and cloves.
Deep fry the potatoes now until crisp and golden.
Serve hot with your choice of dressing.
