Homemade Mushroom Bun Recipe

 400 g Flour
 2 tsp Salt
 40 g Butter, Melted
 260 ml Warm Milk
 12 g Dried Yeast
 1 tbsp Sugar ( Castor Sugar Best)
Curried Mushroom filling
 200 g Mushrooms, Sliced
 200 g Onions, Sliced
 150 ml Coconut Milk
 Salt and Pepper to Taste

In a large bowl add warm milk and melted butter.

Now add sugar and yeast.

Mix until yeast dissolves.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour into a bowl and add the salt.

Mix the two bowls together until combined.

You may need to add a little extra milk to achieve a nice soft but not too sticky consistency.

On a floured surface knead the dough until smooth and elastic. It will usually take around 10 minutes to come to perfect shape.

Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp towel and allow to rise in a warm location.

Preheat oven to 190 °C.

When the dough has doubled in size (usually after 1 hour)
