This cheesy chicken pasta recipe is an amazingly simple pasta recipe. We have added Cheese, Chicken and my all-time favourite ingredient ‘bell pepper’ to this pasta dish. I always prefer adding some bell pepper to my pasta recipes. It tastes better with them. But if you do not have bell peppers at home right now, it’s totally fine, you can exclude that and make the pasta dish without them.
I hope your family will love this dish, if you have kids this is going to be their most favourite pasta dish ever.
If you notice the slight green colour on my pasta dish [image] that is because I had a ‘Spinach fettuccine’ packet at home at the time I was making this and I used that.
You can make this with whatever pasta you have at home right now.
Add Salt, Pepper, Oyster sauce [2 tablespoon] and soya sauce [2 tablespoon] and water into a sauce pan and boiled the Chicken breast.
Once it boiled, let it chill for some time and tear the chicken into small pieces.
Add oil into the frying pan.
Add chopped onions, garlic cloves.
Add chicken pieces into the frying pan.
Add pepper and salt.
Fry the onions, garlic and chicken well until it becomes light brownish in color.
Add bell pepper.
Add Cheese, milk and boil for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

In a separate sauce pan, boil the pasta.
Once boiled, strain it and remove the water from the saucepan.
Now mix our chicken curry with the boiled pasta.
