Ham and Cheese Pasta Muffin

 300 g Pasta
 35 g Butter
 ¾ cup Cheese - Grated
 3 tbsp Pasta Sauce ( Not Mandatory)
 4 Eggs – Beaten
 150 ml Cream
 150 g Ham - Diced
 2 Tomatoes - Diced
 1 Onion - Diced
 Salt and Pepper - as per taste

Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Boil pasta in a large saucepan and put aside. Do not over cook the pasta. Strain them and remove the water.

Heat butter in a pan and add onions, cook until translucent and add ham and tomato.

Remove the pan from the heat and add pasta and cheese and stir them.

Mix cream, eggs and pasta sauce in a separate bowl.

Add salt and pepper to your taste.

In a muffin tin scoop pasta mixture and fill ¾ way with cream mixture.

Sprinkle with extra cheese.

Bake 180 C for 20 minutes until muffins are set and cheese are brown on top.

Then cool them on a cooling wire rack.

How to boil pasta : Pasta should be form but not too hard. If you over cook pasta it will crack and stick together. Here’s how to make perfect pasta:

Fill a large saucepan with water.

Bring water to boil.

Add the pasta and stir.

Add ½ teaspoon of oil or butter.

Boil for 7 minutes.

Drain and use immediately.
