Today I was wondering what I should make as the salad, then I checked my refrigerator and found these ingredients and thought I should make something unique in flavor and easy to make. Everyone at my home loved this recipe. It is simple to make and easy to digest. It is not heavy food. It’s Egg, Ham and Bell pepper Salad.

Let’s check the nutrition facts about the main ingredients we are using for this salad. Eggs are a protein and nutrition powerhouse. They can be added to many dishes and prepared in numerous ways. One way of serving the egg is hard boiling. Hard-boiling reduces the calories and is rich in many important vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. While the yolk provides nutrients, fat and protein, the white is almost exclusively protein. If we consider ham, it is particularly rich in selenium. Selenium is an essential nutrient that aids reproduction, DNA construction, and security from infections. Compared with poultry and fish, pork products like ham are higher in iron, thiamine, and other B vitamins. Ham also provides all nine essential amino acids, making it a complete protein.
