 300 g Pasta – Any Type of Pasta
 2 tbsp Olive Oil Or Any Oil Or Butter
 3 Dry Chilli Chopped / Red Pepper Flakes
 1 tbsp Garlic Paste/ Garlic Powder / Chopped Garlic
 200 g Shredded Canned Tuna
 1 Onion, Thinly Sliced
 175 g Pasta/Tomato Sauce
 250 ml Water
 25 g Cheese, Grated
 Parsley / Carrot Tops Are Also Similar in Flavor
 Salt And Pepper – To Your Taste

Get a large saucepan and boil pasta until al dente. If you overcook pasta it will crack and stick together.

When you are boiling pasta add 1 teaspoon butter or oil.

Heat the oil or butter in a frying pan or a wok, and fry the garlic powder/ paste or chopped garlic, chili, and cut onion until light brown.

Add the tuna and saute for 3 minutes.

Add the pasta sauce/tomato sauce and water; simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix in pasta and cook until heated through.

Add Salt and pepper to your taste.

Serve topped with grated cheese and parsley or carrot tops as you wish.

Notes:
Tuna can be substituted with chicken/beef/fish etc.
Pasta sauce can be substituted with Tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes.
Parsley can be substituted with Carrot tops or even you can use Basil leaves.
